Their stitching is strong, double reinforced. The panel connection is actually one piece and reinforced - this is completely new to me. I can see the benefit, that is, it will be tough and hold up the tear very well. I am very delighted with such fine products. | I love your site. It's so easy to navigate and doesn't make a person "guess" at the total price like some other gymnastics sites I looked at. In my opinion the key is to keep is simple, like google's website, and to keep the photos to a minumum until the customer gets to the product they were looking for. Then the more pictures the better. I contact customer support and I received at least 2 calls from customer reps before the close of business the same day. That's customer service. The two folks that called were very courtious and professional and explained the problem. The next time I tried to place the order, it worked perfectly. You have a good group of people. Scott L |
