This is one of the best websites I have used. In my opinion the key is to keep is simple, like google's website, and to keep the photos to a minumum until the customer gets to the product they were looking for. Then the more pictures the better. I like how shipping is already included in the price

When first placed my order, Orbring was having problems with one of its servers and my order would not go through. I contact customer support and I received at least 2 calls from customer reps before the close of business the same day. That's customer service. The two folks that called were very courtious and professional and explained the problem. The next time I tried to place the order, it worked perfectly. You have a good group of people.
