Our Puzzle Mats are perfect for martial arts including Kung Fu, Karate, and Taekwondo. These interlocking mats are strong and durable, providing a shoe-resistant outer texture and non-slip surface. Mats provide support for stepping and kicking drills and will absorb shock when jumping or falling. Puzzle design allows for easy linking of mats with a secure fit. Each mat comes with border pieces.
